Data Deletion Request

Apps that access user data must provide a clear and straightforward method for users to request the deletion of their data. To comply with this requirement, our app offers the following options for users to request data deletion:

Option 1: Data Deletion Request Callback

If you prefer to use our automated data deletion request system, please follow these steps:

1. Visit home page.
2. Log in with your account credentials.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit a data deletion request.

Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of your data within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Option 2: Manual Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to manually request the deletion of your data, please follow the instructions below:

1. Send an email to shroom.soft.lab@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
2. Include the following information in your email:
   • Your full name
   • Your account username
   • The email address associated with your account
   • A brief description of your request

Our support team will review your request and delete your data within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
